Nobody knows you like God. That's not supposed to freak you out. Just because He knows about all the bad stuff doesn't mean that He loves you less. He knows you and your history and what you want to be when you grow up. He loves you despite who you are. There's comfort in that.
Ever been in a public place, even church, where you smile at the people that you know, give everyone hugs or handshakes and sit down feeling completely alone? Sometimes we go through periods where we feel isolated without ever knowing why. We can't even explain it to anyone. The enemy will certainly try to make you feel absolutely terrible about yourself and everything you do to the point where you question whether you've ever done anything of value.
That's the time to remember that God knows what's going on. He knows your intentions. He knows your heart. If you make mistakes, He still loves you and thinks of you all the time. Psalms 139:17 says, "How precious also are your thoughts of me, Oh God! How great is the sum of them!" God thinks of you so often that you couldn't count the number of times. That's amazing to think about.
Don't be so hard on yourself. God thinks your incredibly special. Maybe you feel isolated because God is jealous of your time and wants you for Himself. Spend some alone time in prayer and build up your spirit in Him. The reason God loves you so much is because really knows you.
