A Million Tiny Miracles

So you wonder why everyone else seems to be getting God's attention but not you. Feeling left out of the party? I promise you that you're not.

There are so many miracles happening all around you, and for you, that you are not even aware of. God is always watching out for you, He just never gets the credit for it.

The other day I was starting to back out of my parking spot at work. A little gold moth flew past my window and I stopped to watch it. Just then, a car went flying past right behind me. I had a truck parked next to me so I couldn't see well until I pulled out more. If I had backed up when I started to, I would have collided with the car.

Today, I was getting ready to take a 45 minute drive to visit a vendor from work. I was just finishing up some things when I noticed that she emailed me. The email was irrelevant, but she happened to say that she'd see me tomorrow. She set up the meeting in the first place and I had the date wrong on my calendar. I was minutes away from wasting half my day.

The other day I came home for lunch and was on my way back to my car when I noticed that I had a tomato spill on my blouse. When I started to go back inside to change, I found my bracelet on the ground. I didn't even feel it fall off.

Convenient little coincidences, yes I know. Or, lots and lots of little graces. And those are only the recent ones that I was aware of and that I remember. I have no idea how many times God is saving me or helping me without even knowing it. Angels are busy all the time. I'm kind of a klutz, so I really keep them busy.

So stop complaining that God isn't doing anything for you. Goodness! He's doing for you all day!
